Common questions

• The verdict won't load. A scan needs internet — it's analysed on our server. Check your connection and try again.
• "That's not a pineapple." FruitGood only judges mango, pineapple, and watermelon. Point it at one of those, well-lit and in frame.
• I ran out of free scans. Free scans reset weekly. More are on the way.
• My purchase log disappeared. That diary is stored only on your device; clearing the app's data or reinstalling removes it. It's never uploaded, so we can't restore it.

Privacy

FruitGood's full privacy policy lives at ripe.cordeon.org/privacy. In short: a random device ID + weekly scan counts are stored on our server to run the free limit; photos are processed for the verdict and never stored; your purchase diary stays only on your device. No accounts, no tracking, no ads.

• The game won't open or a level looks stuck. Fully close and reopen the app; if it persists, reinstalling is safe — there's no account or cloud save to lose.
• Do I need internet? No. FarLaunch runs fully offline.

Privacy

FarLaunch does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. It has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking, and it runs entirely offline.
